Web 3.0 – the new Internet or just hype? For one week, bwcon and its partner Swiss Business Hub Germany will get to the bottom of the new generation of the World Wide Web.
From 20 to 23 March 2023, the web3week will be held for the first time in Stuttgart.
Monday, March 20 – Digital kick-off: At the digital kick-off of the web3week you will learn from experts everything about Web 3.0 and what opportunities, but also risks the various technologies have for companies. The event will take place via Zoom.
Tuesday, March 21 – Ideation Workshop: Join experts in an ideation workshop to develop blockchain use cases for businesses.
Wednesday, March 22 – Start-up Pitches & Match Making:
- Technology start-ups present their business models in a pitch.
- In the sessions “Finance”, “Smart City” and “Production Companies”, use cases will be presented and discussed with the participants.
- In the presentation “Swiss Insights”, the Swiss Business Hub Germany explains what makes cooperations with and in Switzerland so attractive.
- Panel discussion: “How can supply chain challenges be solved with the help of technologies like blockchain?”.

Wednesday, March 22 – Blockchain Hackathon: The successful Blockchain Hackathon enters its fourth round and presents itself in a new hybrid format as part of the web3week. The programmers develop solution approaches for challenges and the elaborated use cases. Company representatives and interested parties are part of interdisciplinary teams and learn actionable methods.
Thursday, March 23 – Blockchain Hackathon & Awards Ceremony: The best concepts and solutions are selected by a jury made up of experts.
