Operational Technology Transfer and Collaboration with Industry (Online)

This webinar is dedicated to researchers looking for exploitation opportunities for their research results. Researchers have the chance to explore possible application scenarios for their technology and understand how to set up collaboration with industry that might lead to the commercialization of their research result. In an interactive format, participants will learn to:

• Identify scenarios for possible applications of a given technology
• Understand how to approach industry stakeholders and establish cooperation partnerships with corporates

Here follows an outline of the Training programme.

1. Finding possible applications and markets

• Trends – and how my technology fits to them
• Database supported detection of possible application fields
• Further considerations for choosing markets and presenting technologies

2. Qualification of corporates for innovation partnership via public data

• Time for business discussions – but is it worth the time? How you can prequalify corporates with openly available data

The webinar is organized by the FET BRIEFING project and it is particularly targeting researchers of the Future Emerging Technology Programme of the European Commission. FET Briefing is an EC initiative that facilitates the translation of European research excellence into tangible innovative potential and it is funded under the Horizon2020 programme.
