Under corona conditions, more work is done in home offices, sometimes hybrid, so that teams take turns or interact in a mixed way. This is a particular challenge for managers and employees. Even if the technical prerequisites are in place, it is still very much a question of how to manage the teams properly and also bring about proximity and cohesion virtually.
